Jessica lives in East Tennessee with her husband, children, and their two doodles, Boone and Crockett. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, traveling, and catching live concerts—experiences that fuel her love for hospitality and memorable guest stays.
Jessica has hands-on experience operating and optimizing vacation rentals across multiple markets, including Nashville, the Smoky Mountains, and coastal destinations. She has also built and operated a boutique short term rental portfolio, giving her a real-world understanding of how pricing, operations, and guest experience work together to drive revenue.
