Karin Leung

Karin is originally from Toronto and now lives in Daytona Beach, Florida with her husband and rescue dog. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through pickleball, CrossFit, and yoga, which helps her maintain balance, focus, and energy both personally and professionally.

She is an active real estate investor and operator, owning and managing both long-term and short-term rental properties in the Daytona Beach area, with prior rental ownership experience in Toronto. Karin is very hands-on with her properties and actively involved in pricing, operations, and performance optimization. She is also a passive investor in multiple real estate syndications and an engaged member of Stacey St. John’s STR Accelerator.

As a revenue manager, Karin’s superpower lies in detailed communication and deep analytical work. She excels at digging into data, identifying trends, and uncovering opportunities that drive stronger performance. Her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and proactive communication style help build trust while maximizing revenue outcomes.
